Shermer-Willow Service has been a client of Glenbrook Auto Parts since 1969 – even before Mike was on the scene. When he became owner, he continued the partnership and it has been going strong ever since. “We really like NAPA Parts, and the service has been good,” he says. “The nationwide warranty is a big plus. Luckily, we’ve only needed it a few times.”

He cites a case from a couple of years ago when a customer drove to New Orleans and had a problem with their ABS control unit. “We were able to get them hooked up with a NAPA Auto Care Center down there, and they took care of them,” Mike says. “It worked out very good.”
