Partner with us on Nov. 11—Veterans Day—and promote your NAPA AutoCare Center to the community by offering free oil changes to active and retired members of the military.

Gary Radtke, service manager at Clavey Auto Service in Glenview, is a big proponent of the Veterans Day promotion. “It’s a great way to say thank you,” he says. “I try to personally shake hands with every Veteran who comes in. It changes your perspective on the holiday.”

Here are the complete details:

Date & Times:
One day only – Friday, Nov. 11
Suggested times are 8 am to 4 pm
Preferable by scheduled appointment only

Eligibility:
Promotion is open to NAPA AutoCare Centers only. Interested in learning becoming a NAPA AutoCare Center? Email Ray for details.

Service Provided:
Up to 10 FREE oil changes performed on a U.S. Veterans vehicles—both active & retired.
Not intended for friends & family

Products Consist Of:
1 Pro-Select oil filter
Up to 5 quarts of standard or synthetic oil
Standard cars and SUVs. Offer excludes large trucks & vans (gas or diesel).

Who Provides What:
NAPA Pro-Select filters will be provided from your stocking inventory. Oil, either petroleum-based or synthetic, will be supplied by us or your existing inventory.

Plans are not to deliver free filters and oil. May we suggest a popular oil filter inventory for the event non-stocking dealer?

Reimbursement:
Participating locations will be credited a maximum amount of $200 for products either supplied or stocked for the event by Nov.  25.

Participating locations must provide:

• Receipt with cost of filter & oil provided
• Name & contact information of recipient
• Veteran Status (DD214, LES, US Uniform Card)

What’s Provided:
Digital artwork compatible for websites, Facebook, email blasts, AutoNet TV and print purposes
