“I make sure Ray has the right inventory on his shelves. We use computer software that suggests inventory based on the vehicles registered in his local zip codes. I also keep him up to date with all the details of the NAPA world, programs and deals they’re offering…Recently, we did a re-set of [Glenbrook Auto Part’s] entire sales area, which was pretty cool.”

Dan has been with NAPA for 33 years and started out in the warehouse, pulling parts to ship to NAPA stores. He later worked for the company- owned stores, overseeing the look and layout of their retail sales space. He’s been a Territory Sales Manager for 18 years, working with Glenbrook Auto Parts for the past 6 years.
What does he love about his job? “The people I work with,” he says. In his free time during warmer weather, Dan is a Cubs fanatic and likes to go bike riding with his wife.
